A reasonable turnout from HC saw us going down the 77 to Irvine for our first visit to this show. A good mixture of classic & vintage cars, tractors and farm machinery and a great display of commercials certainly had something for everyone! An enjoyable day with activities in the showring, good autojumble keeping us amused.Unfortunatly Kenny with the Anglia suffered electrical gremlins and had to finish on the back of the AA lorry (just like in Top Gear), our thanks to the owner of the pale blue Morris Minor convertible who "donated" points & condensor to try and fix it, and the AA mechanic who was enjoying fault finding in a real car!Off to Dumfries for the next show on the 25th, maybe see you there!
