!st show of the season - Museum of Rural life East Kilbride

Its been a long winter, so it was great to get the cars out the garage and polished up for the 1st show to start this years season! What a fabulous turnout from the members of HC with 23 cars on display! and a huge WELL DONE to Hamilton Classic members Billy Mason whose Bedford Chevanne was judged 2nd in the 70s decade and also to Tam Prentice whose Ford Granada 2.8 Ghia X took 1st place in the 80s decade, we don,t go to shows looking for awards so its always nice when out of the blue someone gets chosen! The weather was good & sunny here for a change and the entry of classics must have been 300 approx, a great day out for all. Thanks to the organisers at the museum, the public support was brilliant, its always nice to talk to people who recognize the varied cars from through the decades, it always seems to bring back a memory or two!our next trip out is to Dean park in Kilmarnock, say hello if you,re there!
