Well another year at the balloon festival but not one to be seen on the Sunday when most of the car exhibits were there!, It seems they had 8 balloons up on late Friday evening and 5 on early Saturday morning when the conditions were better, but Sunday was absalutely baltic, A strong bitterly cold wind all day was what met the drivers and riders of the cars and bikes on display!. Not as many exhibits as the event has had in the past but still gave the public a good cross section of vehicles from early 20s to the 90s. Thanks to the 6 HC members with there selection of cars and bikes.This years champion was a very tidy Riley Pathfinder which was chosen by Peter Sherrard (retiring car event organiser) and myself who has been asked to take over the roll! what have i let myself in for????see the pictures in the gallery.next Sunday its the LInlithgow run for some of us.
