A nice day on Saturday (not as forecast) made it possible for the organisers to have hot air balloons on show for the first time in a few years, 2 were displayed tethered to the support vehicles though the day, taking people up about 20 feet to give them a taste of flying! There was a small display of cars, bikes and tractors from the 20s to 80s on show aswell. Sunday was not as nice as it had been hoped with rain showers through the day, There was a good turnout of classic cars and bikes from the 20s to 90s giving the public plenty to see and the owners enjoyed meeting and talking about their machines, Unfortunatly with the poor weather we were unable to parade the vehicles.Congratulations to Michael Guilianotti whose Triumph Spitfire 1500 was judged best car in show! The photos are in the photo section.A choice of shows next Sunday with members attending both the Sanquar gathering and the Linlithgow run.
